November 24, 2010 - Investors in People
After successfully completing their latest assessment, MWL Systems has retained its Investors in People (IIP) status for a further three years.
MWL Systems has held its IIP status since 2002 and has continually strived to improve and meet the increasingly stringent criteria within this widely respected business improvement framework.
Commenting on successfully achieving IIP status for a further three years, Managing Director Patrick Kingsley-Williams, said: “The fact that a business’ success is dependent on the people who work within it is a mantra closely followed by our team at MWL Systems, and Investors in People has certainly made a positive difference to our business in that respect.
“ We are now delighted to be going beyond the requirements laid down by the IIP and working towards the Leadership and Management Model, which encompasses known best practice in achieving the best results and creating the most effective working environment for ongoing success and continuous improvement.
“At the end of the day, upholding MWL System’s reputation for reliability and excellent customer service is our aim, to ensure we remain the region’s first choice for IT systems and services, and a happy and contented workforce is essential to achieving that.”
Investors in People has grown to be the UK’s leading people management business improvement standard because it delivers improved performance to thousands of organisations. Currently almost seven million employees in over 35,000 organisations have achieved Investors in People recognition. And an amazing 3,000 of these have been recognised for ten or more years!
